Mid-Term DONE!

I took my mid-term tonight and got 91%!!! That's an A...and I am well on track for an A in the class.

Thats the good news...

Earlier today I had a doctor's appt- sigh... I HAVE to start exercizing. Last year was a tough year emotionally, but I have to retake control of my health. I did retake control of my emotional well-being...now it is time to work on my physical well being.

Iam doing much better on food choices by taking my lunch every day...now I need to get my workout routine figured out.

Where is Baselle when I need her? Oh yeah...she's off in Vietnam.

Today was a another no spender...thanks to the lunch challenge.

    I find exercise helps reset my emotions, as well. If I am stress and in a bad mood, a good tough work-out usually burns up all that negativity, and I feel so much better after.

    That said, I missed the last month mostly, but am now back to going four days a week to intense workouts at the Y. It really does lift my mood!

    I totally agree on exercise helping your mood. One of my favorite quotes is from Legally Blond. Funny, but true.

    Not in Vietnam yet! Here's a tip - if you can eat at your desk, gyms often have lunch time group exercises. If your gym is close enough to work or you can join a group at work, it often gives you that extra bump.

    And then there's always that walk around the block (many blocks) now that you don't have to fetch lunch during your lunch hour. Smile
