GS (age 2 1/2) is here for the day. He will be spending the day with DH (aka Papa Rick) out in the wood yard. We have that two cords to get prepped and delivered and GS loves to help (he helps by filling his wagon with bark and moving it then unloading, etc and he also helps papaRick stack the trailer). GS LOVES his time out there. Truly a little boys dream!
My dad and I will be going to the hospital after while to see how nana is doing. We are hoping she comes home today.
I am anxious to get working on the baby cradle for my granddaughters Christmas gift. I bought it at a yard sale last summer for $4 and right now it is plain ol white. I saw a really cute idea on DIY for using carpenters biscuits to make flowers so I hope to make it to Lowes today to pick up the supplies so I can start painting and crafting tonight..
I am craving time to just relax and create!
When I am done with the cradle (and matching rocker) I hope to have an adorable gift for GD. I also found a cabbage patch doll that had the same b-day as GD!! so that will go in the cradle.
Lots to stay busy with today!! Hopefully it will be a frugal one!
