Vacation on the CC

Yep, the entire vacation will be going on the credit card.

The rewards card that currently has no balance on it.

We will stick to our budget and when we get home, the money will be pulled from the ING account earmarked for vacations to payoff the card again.

Not only will we earn $$ on the rewards card, we will continue to earn interest on the vacation account until we need to pull it out to pay off the cc!!

(A couple of years ago, I would have stopped at the end of the first sentence up there and dealt with the consequenses for a couple of years).

Life is so much more enjoyable this way.

    I know what you mean. Life is so much easier without a lot of debt hanging over you. I charged my new tires this week to my credit card. I have the money and will pay them off when the bill comes in next month. In the meantime I earned about $15 cash back on my card and am earning a few cents interest on the $1500!!
