What the??? Am I a budget newbie???

eek! I just went back and reread my last entry....and I sound like I just started over in the world of budgeting!!!

first, I scratch my head in wonder about where all the money is going...

and then I list the necessities when working...gas, clothes, meals out?, blah, blah...

I need to get back to budget basics 101 and revalue the needs vs the wants...

Clearly, the problem isn't the cash flow...it's the attitude.

argh

    I find that ever so often that I have to review my budget. This is especially true when I read a new book or read a blog and see something that I could be doing better.

    With the spending I've been doing lately I have to start re-evaluating too!

    But there are times when we just spend more - part of saving is so that when there are times we need/want stuff we can get that stuff.

    Of course when everything looks bright and shiny and necessary... LOL... I'm so wanting toys I don't need right now...

    Well, you have changed your life and changed your routine. Budgets are easiest when your routines stablize, then you assess and try to run your routine as cheaply as possible.

    Not to mention the classic that as you are making more money you are spending more money.

    I think it's something in the air b/c we all seem to be overspending! Ray...you're too cute. Needs vs Wants are important, but looking professional in nice clothes is definately a need!
