One of my all-time favorites:

Caprese on toasted sourdough:

Add a little butter, margarine or olive oil to the bread and sprinkle with garlic salt.

Toast the bread (tonight I used the electric skillet)

flip toasted side up and add fresh mozzarella cheese- melt.

Pull bread from heat source, cut into desirable pieces and add fresh basil and tomato.

If desired, add a splash of olive oil.
