I have blogged here since 2006 and have learned so much from my fellow bloggers.
One thing I have learned is that managing finances is so important and, for me, has been a journey of hits and misses.
As I near retirement, I am focused on getting our home in shape so that we have some of the big things fixed and out of the way, saving, and making sure we enjoy the journey by budgeting for some fun along the way.
Does anyone know if Julie is ok? I noticed she has been ill and hasnt posted in several weeks...Not sure if anyone kept in touch with her outside of SA???
I'm worried about her, too. She used to be a daily poster and now she's gone very quiet. I assume she's making her health her top priority and that she's getting the best of care.
Gangrene can be very difficult to treat, and some of the options are life-altering. She said she's in a lot of pain and can't lie down because of the discomfort in her leg. So hard...
I keep Julie in my prayers. I hope she knows we all care about her and that she manages to keep her spirits up during this difficult time.
